Hi I'm back after my period pause!
So I've stopped for 8 days now,
and I'll continue the F Cup Cookie Test starting tomorrow :)
By now, if there's any sort of period effects
to my increase of bust size would be invalid,
Thus, my breast didn't shrink at all!
It maintained the same 2cm more than
my initial measurement before taking the cookie!
Amazing effect~
For the past days I've had my period and stopped taking the cookie,
I went back to my normal drinking water amount,
which is less than 500ml per day..
I found that once I drink less,
My skin gets really dry and have dull complexion!
Obviously, the after effect of the cookie was for a good cause..
as the more water I was forced to consumed
the better my skin conditions are!
My friends even notice the changes,
commenting that I had radiant skin last week
and once I went on my period break,
my skin was pale and terrible..
I shall keep you all posted on the rest of my experiment :)

ReplyDeleteThe 2cm increase was permanent, yet I didn't persevere with the test, so I'm far from my ideal size. You need to keep taking it to actually get a satisfying result. Also, more money to invest in.

ReplyDeleteI would start after period, make sure your period is thoroughly finished (no more blood stains) then only you can take the cookie. Read the instruction on the box if you're not sure.

ReplyDeleteWell, mine didn't shrink after I've stopped, but there are many other factors that could cause your breast to shrink, for example, lost of weights, change of diet, etc.
